The City of Wagoner and
Wagoner County DHS will partner to
plant a tree to promote community
awareness of the need for Foster Care.
The tree planting will take place
Thursday, March 7th at 2p in
Maple Leaf Park.
The tree will signify that a
"Child can Bloom" in a safe, loving
temporary home. For more info
