Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that draft copies of the proposed changes to the City of Wagoner’s Comprehensive Plan (Page 61, Future Land Use Intensity Matrix, Table 4.1 Land Use Intensity Matrix) are available for public review at the following locations:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BEFORE THE WAGONER METROPOLITAN AREA
PLANNING COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that on the 22nd day of February 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Wagoner Civic Center Gymnasium, located at 301 South Grant Street, Wagoner, Oklahoma, the Wagoner Metropolitan Area Planning Commission will hold Public Hearing to accept comments related to the proposed changes to the following the City of Wagoner’s Comprehensive Plan (Page 61, Future Land Use Intensity Matrix, Table 4.1 Land Use Intensity Matrix). Following the Public Hearing the Commission may act to make a recommendation to the City of Wagoner City Council related towards adoption of these changes.
Pending on the Commission’s action, the City of Wagoner City Council may discuss and take possible action that would implement these changes during their regular meeting on the 7th day of March 2022, 7:00 P.M. at City Hall, located at 231 Church Street, Wagoner, Oklahoma, 74467.
