Agendas for regular municipal meetings must be posted at least 24 hours and special meetings 48 hours (working days) before the meeting. Agendas for the meetings listed below are posted on the front window of City Hall at 231 Church St.

All City Council, Wagoner Public Works Authority and Wagoner Economic Development Authority meetings are held at City Hall- 231 Church Street at 6pm unless notified of venue change.  All meetings are held on the first Monday of the Month with the exception of the September 2, 2025 meeting which will be on the first Tuesday.
