Rules:
- Dates may change due to Emergency and/or Scheduling conflicts. Refer to citation and/or court documents for correct date and time for court.
- No babies or children are allowed to be present during court.
- Cell phones off before entering courtroom.
- Defendants and/or witnesses who are scheduled to be in court shall come in and be seated. All other should leave due to seating limitations.
- No talking during court. The Judge must be able to hear the defendant or person with whom they are speaking.
- Defendants must be fully dressed in proper attire. No shorts or revealing clothing.
- No facial or tongue piercings. Remove them prior to entering the courtroom.
- When the Judge speaks with you, speak up. Do not whisper or mumble.
