Question? What is the city's policy for holding a garage sale.?
Answer By order of the Wagoner City Council Wagoner residents are allowed four (4) three (3) day sales per year and must obtain a permit. A permit may the obtained at the Wagoner Public Works Authority office, 100 S. Gertrude St. and must be posted during the days of the sale. Question? How do I have my electric and water service connected or disconnected.?
Answer Go to the Wagoner Public Works Authority office at 100 S. Gertrude st. Office hours are between 8:30AM and 4:30PM Monday through Friday, except for certain holidays. See the Agendas page on this web site for a current list of city observed holidays.
Question? Where do I register to vote and where do I vote?
Answer Register at the Wagoner Election Board office, 208 N. Lee. (First street east of the Court House). If you are already an Oklahoma registered voter, but have moved you must update your address in order to vote in the correct precinct. Your Voter Registration card will contain your polling location. Oklahoma law requires you present your your card or a government issued identification at the time you vote. If you do not have either of these you may still vote using a Provisional Ballot.
Question? Where do I purchase car tags and update my Oklahoma driver's license?
Answer Visit the tag agency closest to your home. Remember to bring a proof of insurance if obtaining vehicle tags.. In the city limits of Wagoner the agency is located at 103 N. Harrill Ave.
